gage Posted July 24, 2004 Share Posted July 24, 2004 i am tryng to add a photo of my car to my personal profile. i have a cd of digital pics in the c drive. i go to change photo then choose upload a new image from your computer & then clicking browse. at this point i select my photo and its number appears in the box. now i click update photo & i get an error message. can someone tell me what to do from here? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
93LSOwner Posted July 24, 2004 Share Posted July 24, 2004 The reason why is because the picture does not meet the below requirements: All photos must be no larger than 100 kB. Photos must be no bigger than 250 pixels by 250 pixels. Do this, copy the picture into your computer from the CD and then use which ever program you have to edit the photo and make it smaller. To find out how big the picture is: As you come here to LOC, click on browse and see the picture in the new pop-up widow, right click on the picture and pick properites, there you can see if it is below 100kb in size.
