Certainly an idea to change all of the fluids and filters to ensure reliability.
Also, driving style is always best to drive gently to avoid overheating and also to conserve fuel especially if running the air conditioning constantly -
It at almost $9.96 for a gallon at the moment 😞
-
Lucky you get loads of sun where you live, not so good here 🙂
-
Unfortunately, you cannot but you can have list both your Lexus in your 'signature' which appears at the bottom of your posts

I really like a variety of Watches 😉
Same here, have a small collection of driving style chronograph watches.
What ones do you have in your collection? -
It looks like an additional cover for the trunk area at the end of the upper cover

Nice boots Mike, look good quality!
Could do with a pair like that myself

The EML could be the O2 sensor so worth pulling any codes to find the exact cause
Quality is usually defined by cost and this is the best way of acquiring a quality item.
I would prefer OE parts but usually find the OE number and compare to an aftermarket part and find some from Bosch, NGK, etc. -
I have fitted 'quality' aftermarket O2 sensors in the past and never had an issue.
Ensure that there is no air leaks into the exhaust system as this can trigger the O2 sensor as running outside of operating range (e.g. lean reading)

I would definitely say that if you are leaking fluid into the alternator then there is the first place I would go to sort the issue.
You could do a great deal of damage if the alternator goes high volts which can pop ECUs and cook the battery.Let us know how you get on with resolving this issue

Sounds perfectly fine to me!

It is definitely a badge society that we live in......Audi, Apple, Tesla and other big names which may or may not be a good product but its the one to be seen with.
I think Lexus is slowly getting into that subconscious but will always be niche enough not to attract the mass market- 1

Not really surprised to see Tesla all the way down the bottom of the list though

Looping the pipes would be best to allow the coolant to circulate and bypass the A/C unit

Hi Robert.....welcome to the Club
I would imagine that the standard lamps would take a feed from the original wiring loom but the connector would be different so you would need to manually adapt the wiring to suit the new connector.

You can buy a linelock system which is designed to do the job without compromising the standard braking system

Here is a link to Carid who provide performance parts for Lexus

Hi MUA1549 ....welcome to the Club
I would say the power steering is acceptable for a minimal amount of fluid loss which can be gauged by cleaning it off (jetwash) and see where the leak is coming from (difference between weeping and leaking which can easily change from the one to the other).
Maybe hold off from that until you can determine the actual source of the leak. The transmission fluid is a must if it hasn't been changed in a while, also ensure the filter is changed at the same time for that money

This can happen gradually with a seized caliper which stays applied and generates heat which you could easily measure with a temp gun to identify which wheel/brake it is

Birmingham AL. Let us know how it all works out and if it cures the fault
-
I would run a fault code diagnostic check as may be one or more Wheel Sensors (ABS).

It possible is a diffuser to divert the airflow?

That's a very sensible option, although my Omega has luminous hands and these don't illuminate anymore as they used to charge nicely under fluorescent light but we don't have any of these lamps anymore 😞
