How do you post photos to the message board? My files are JPEG images. Do they need to be in another file format like GIF?

Never mind. I got an offer to get a "K40" license plate defuser and based on some of the reviews I've read, it's not worth the investment. Bottom line is, don't speed in a speed trap by yourself. Make sure you aren't the only one traveling above the speed limit since typically cops can shoot their laser gun one car at a time.

Steve indicated that they were out of stock, but could potentially be in stock as early as today (9-5-03). He is supposed to let us know when they are available and go from there. I think the more buyers the better. Stay tuned.....

Steve e-mailed me and said it looks as though they will be in on this Friday (9-5-03). He wants to know if there is anyone else interested. I asked him to let me know when he's ready to complete the transaction and how. Bluelex, once I get these, I'll be posting photos of my car. To get rid of the smell first, use Arm and Hammer baking soda. Be sure to use the kind you'd place in your freezer. Put it in your car and roll the windows up. The soda will absorb the smell. Trust me, it works.

bluelex, does it seem like the pillars will come off easily or are you simply going to re-apply the new ones over the old olds? Another question, when you wash your car do you have to immediately dry the pillars off (to keep from spotting up)?

Ok I know it wouldn't be practical, but I have a buddy whose interested in knowing the cost of installing a Nav system in a 99 GS400 like mine. 1. What brand is recommended? 2. Who do you recommend to do the install? 3. How much would he be looking at (total)? I told him it probably wouldn't be worth it, but he argued with me about it and so I'm needing some advice to prove my theory correct. Has anyone done it?

When cleaning my car, I always have road/dirt film that's extremely hard to get off. What's good to use to take road/dirt film off of the bottom of your car, that won't scratch your paint? Is there a good cleaner to tackle such a chore?
