Robgs430 is correct. I failed to mention my car had 47 k miles on it. Again, I hope it's under warranty. The cost of repair was $1500 +!!!!

Who offers the best deals on Lexus car accessories? I have a GS400 (1999) and thought someone posted a website that had good accessories. I'm particuliarly interested in the chrome/gold face license plate that has the logo in the front. Please advise.

Someone posted a link to a website that has a lot of accessories that the forum orders from. But I can't find it. You could probably could find it there. I'm looking for some accessories too for a 1999 GS 400.....Can someone direct us to that site? The site was described as the site that all of the lexus owners club uses. Please advise. -
I've heard that Goodyear Eagle F1's are the best. Unless someone objects, that's what I'm going to put on my GS400 (size 18).

I had the same problem. It turned out to be the throttle assemble/pulley that went bad and it had to be replaced. I hope you have a warranty, otherwise your be paying around $1500 to get it fixed.

gs400man, I've had my 1999 GS 400 since August of last year and I've had two problems: headlight condensation and the throttle assembly had to be replaced. It's a great car, but just be sure to have a warranty on it and you'll have piece of mind and power beyond belief!
