So for you its the real situation? lexus does not influence his customers? sometimes i thought lexus does, like sending gifts or something. i never got an JD Power survey or beeing asked, but 10 years you know. thats not real!

I want to know from all the Lexus owners out there if you as satisfied with your Lexus as the survey says. I'm not and i'm asking myself why is the result that good all the time.
