My HTC Hero works like a charm. No problems.

I developed a similar rattle in my 2010 ES350. At first I thought it was coming from the trunk but couldn't find anything. Finally rode in the backseat with the wife driving and decided it was coming from the passenger side rear wheel area. Took it to the dealer and they immediately knew what it was and took less than three minutes to fix it. It was some rubber tube, gasket, etc. in the wheel area that had come loose. I don't know the purpose of that rubber thing but the dealer fixed it in less than three minutes. Maybe your problem is that simple. Sounds like you need a better dealer.

I don't believe that you can. If you hold your hand close to the garage door opening buttons, there is a little blue llight that shines down. With practice, you can reflect just enough light back to find the buttons. I also set all three buttons to open the same garage door, so that it doesn't matter which button you hit.

You got it right. It's a piece of crap.

thanks!!..I am going to assume you are right, but here is the funny thing called lexus service this am to ask, and they said factory setting for downside threshold was 27, or 28, LOLOL I mean can they be that stupid...either you are correct, my assumption, which would be a nice way for it to work, or they are right and you are all wet on this one, lol I asked if it the threshold could be reset a bit higher, and they said no problem, just let us know when you bring it in next time, wtf!! I will call another lexus dealer's service dept and ask someone else and challenge them if I get the same answer do you know were that info you provided is documented, thanks again steve called another lexus service..they said it was a threshold, agreeing with the other service place, but was confident that the low threshold was set to 29, not 27 or 28 as the original place said both service centers said that threshold could be reset but it had to be done programmatically, and neither referenced a button under the dash no clue wtf is up now My tire pressure light came on one morning last week. Took it to a service station close by. All tires were 30 psi except for right passenger side tire which was 25 psi (picked up a nail). That would indicate that steve is probably right. either could be right k.c....if there is a factory threshold, and the 25 was below it, the light would go on in that case too No, the light was not on when I started out, but came on after about 5-10 minutes. That means it did not come on until the right rear tire hit 25 psi, or at least that's my observation, but I could be wrong. The other tires read exactly 30 psi, so they did not have time to expand. oops,my apologies k.c. there dealers told me that the low threshold was either 27, or 28, so if no light til 25, that is some evidence that steve is correct must be a way to find the definitive answer somewhere..shouldn't have to speculate...guess it would make sense for us to look for the button steve is referring to Yeah, I would like to set mine to 28 or 27, 25 is too low. I need to find where the button is.

Clock Does Not Change From Daylight Time
K.C. Dia replied to billfuji's topic in 07 - 12 Lexus ES350
In cased you haven't noticed the clock on the ES350 is not incorporated in the navigation system, its a separate, low tech, simple digital clock. I had to reset all of my watches...and the clock in my Lexus and the world didn't end. I know that the dash board clock is not set by the navigation system. I also know that the only time that the navigation system displays any time setting is when you are navigating, and it only shows the time of arrival, not the time of day. If you don't manually change the DST setting, the arrival time will be off by an hour. Maybe that's what the original poster did not realize. -

ANY NAVIGATION SYSTEM is not the topic of this thread! I thought it was about the Lexus Navigation System not changing to daylight savings time. The fact that your watch can do it but the Lexus Navigation cannot seems highly relevant to the thread. -
Clock Does Not Change From Daylight Time

For what it is worth, I just got back from a trip to Italy. On Sunday morning, October 30, my Garmin Nuvi automatically changed the time to the proper time local time in Venice. It was the only accurate time piece we had and had to set all of our watches accordingly. A bar tender told us they call it "winter time". When we got back to the U.S. yesterday, it also set the time right for Central Time. -
I have the info you require to address that concern, but I'm afraid you will continue to increase my 'warn' status if I respond to any of your comments. Why don't you share the information with us? I would like to avoid that Ipod problem.

:You must have inadvertently hit the toggle switch that changes the display. It's easy to do.

I have a Garmin nav in our Jeep, and my wife and I HATE it. Its awful...I honestly don't see how anybody could like that abysmal system better than whats in the Lexus. Only thing we dislike about the Jeep. Oh...and Jeep cuts out the destination input when driving too...even though its Garmin. For me I'd like to see the ES be RWD. Never gonna happen though. I wasn't aware that the Jeep used a Garmin nav. It must not be the same as the Garmin Nuvi but rather something else that Garmin designed to Jeep specs. Kind of a disappointment to hear that.

Let Garmin redesign the Nav system, especially to let you enter data while driving. Other than that, the car is near perfect.

How Can The Driver Turn On The Cabin Light While Driving?
K.C. Dia replied to timzter's topic in 07 - 12 Lexus ES350
No it doesn't. My Toyota Sienna has it though, kind of a nice feature.
