You would think that a high dollar company like Lexus that produces high dollars vehicles would had a better system for radio reception. Is there an aftermarket antenna that would mount in the center of the back of the roof? I think I have seen them on BMW's before but I dont know if they are stock or aftermarket. They look like a small sharks fin.

I get some what bad radio reception in my 2000 GS300 too. Someone told me once that the antenna is in the rear window that once the windows are tinted the reception gets worse. Is there any truth to this madness? I know that the 00 Expedetion that I owned had the antenna in the side window and the windows came tinted from the factory and I didnt have any poor reception with it. MailmanX tell me with opition you go with and how it works.

My GS300 driver side fog light lens has a small hole in it that is letting moisture in. I would assume that the hole came from a rock hitting the lens, however the passenger side has a hole that is not quite all the way through the lens yet. I replaced all the bulbs (high beam, low beam and fog lights) with Sylvania Silver Star bulbs. You wouldn't think that the bulb would get hot enough to burn a hole in the lens, would you? Anyways all I need is the lens cover but the dealer doesnt sell just the lens. You have to buy the whole assembly, $182.91 for the drivers side and $194.73 for the passenger side . That is Highway Robbery, and it doenst even come with a bulb. And someone tell me why there is a $11.82 difference for the same part just on a different side of the vehicle? Someone at the Lexus dealership has been smokin the "GANJA" or has done to many :snoooorrrtttt: Anyways I am not looking forward to paying $377.64 to replace both fog light assemblies when all I am looking at replacing is the lens. Has anyone else had this problem? I will attach some pics in the next couple of days. Thanks for the help. Deadmilenko

Chalk one up for me aswell. When I bought my 02 gs300 it to came with only one key. I would like to know of the magical site too. Great post "dmhull" please keep us informed.

I got mine on EBAY from makotoautotrends, for a 2000 GS300. Paid $12.95 plus shipping $10 and $2 insurance = $24.95 Good deal but I didnt get the bulbs that they said it came with. But I think that they are on the way now, I hope.
