  1. You should be able to find a speed, performance shop that can properly paint your calipers. I had it done on my Mercedes CLK55 and I'm having the same shop do my calipers in Molten to match my car. They have to use a special heat resistant paint so unless you're looking for simple colors like black, silver or white, you may not get an exact match. The cost was around $300. Google it, you might find a shop close by you to solve your problem

  2. I got a complete OEM headlight assembly from Ebay, ballast and bulb included, with one broken tab, for $80. More than worth its weight in spare parts. Check online and see who's selling what.

  3. Found the problem--the Trunk latch mechanism (Lexus-64650-50040-Trunk-Actuator-Motor) position sensor was broken and shut down the power trunk operation. The white plastic position sensor on the latch assembly was broken. Found it on Amazon for $343.00. Works like a champ.

  4. The GS300 has a saddle tank with a hump in it where the drive shaft passes through. It sound like the fuel from the passenger side of the take is not being transfered over to the side that has the fuel pump in it. A simple test would be the next time you run out of fuel remove the back seat and then the fuel sending unit from under the passenger side rear seat. If you see a lot of fuel then it is not transferring. There is a tube that comes from the passenger side to the fuel pump assembly on the drivers side. A device on the fuel pump assembly creates suction to bring the fuel across. If this device is broken or the line is kinked it will not work. Ben
