I've had, both, a 2008UL and now a 2016UL with the Mark Levinson sound system and never had a problem adjusting the sound completely to the rear speakers. There has to be something wrong with the radio and I would have another dealer look at it for sure!1 point

I had a 2007 and now have a 2014 ES350 UL and they both had the Mark Levinson system. The system has always been a disappointment but comes with the UL package.1 point
