wtang Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 Hi, Can anyone please recommend a third party GPS Nagviator for the RX 330? I am looking for portable GPS Nagvigator. I know Megellan is very popular. I don't want to drill a lot of holes in my RX330 to install this :-( thanks!
lexus ls430 Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 i have a magellan roadmate i would highly recommen
mikey00 Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 The Magellan Roadmate 700, Garmin 2610 and the Tom Tom Go Plus are the 3 top rated ones. The 700 is used by the Hertz neverlost system. I am looking at the Tom Tom Go plus myself. PC magazine rated it as the best of the 3. Do a search on google and you will find more info than you need.
ausbj Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 I have the TomTom Go+ and its one of the best investments i've ever made! They are fantastic. I also recommend reading the PCWORLD article as thats how i found out about them.

How is the GPS receptions without the external antena?
4482 Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 I had the Garmin iQue3600 in my ES330 and just loved it. I really think it's a better unit then the one in my RX ! The Garmin has features I wish Lexus would include in their units. The Garmin unit gives you many more details in many more area's. The downside of the Garmin is the small screen. I did buy the remote antenna for the Garmin as it did add a quicker response to the unit. Check out the Garmin 3600 or the new 3200. :cries:
camisia Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 I have the Cobra 3000. Great unit, very happy with it. For the $, it has alot to offer. All the units mentioned are good.
