I have the Cobra 3000. Great unit, very happy with it. For the $, it has alot to offer. All the units mentioned are good.

I live in MD, outside of Washington DC. I dropped my '04 RX330 off at Lexus of Rockville, gave them the TSB's from this thread and they said it COULD be fixed. We'll see.... So far, they've had it for 3 days.

I have an '04 and purchased a Hidden Hitch tube type receiver. The design of the hitch is unsightly around the exhaust pipe by going under it. Does anyone agree and has anyone seen anything better? I had the same problem with my '01. I searched "used auto parts" on the web and bought a replacement for $250.00. It was easy to replace and now works great. Check ebay as well. Good luck.

I put Michelin Cross-Terrain on my Rx300. It now drives better than when it was new.
