Me too. Hopefully someone can help us out. I have a 2004 RX330.....same issue! Ticks me off every day.

I have the TomTom Go+ and its one of the best investments i've ever made! They are fantastic. I also recommend reading the PCWORLD article as thats how i found out about them.

I'd be happy to buy it today but where do you find the DVD in the 04 RX330? I looked in the trunk but couldnt find it.

Hi there, How did you end up doing with your arbitration? I have an 04 RX330 and have the same problem, and some rattling under the car they cannot seem to fix. I’ve only done 1000 miles and I’m a little annoyed they cannot get it right. Thanks Brad

Also i'm still trying to find out how to get rid of the "I AGREE" screen and enable input to the Navigation system while driving. If you have a passenger, they should be allowed to enter an address while driving instead of having to come to a complete stop. Thanks!

I bought a 2004 RX330 with Navigation and noticed it has software version 3.1 On the ES330, the software is version 4.0 and offers the ability to enter a telephone number to locate an address. Has anyone been able to upgrade to version 4.0 on an RX330? I called the dealer and they seemed extremely vague about software versions and informed me it would be $300 to upgrade IF there was an upgrade available. I also saw someone mention it was free the first time you upgrade, but they said that doesnt apply anymore... Thanks for any comments on this! Northern California, U.S.

Not exactly sure what this means, although I appreciate your response. How do I gain the ability to input an address while driving, via the "network" as you say? Thanks

I want to find out if its possible to override the software so i can have my passenger input a new address while driving. I find it really annoying when nobody can input information while driving. If someone knows how to override it, that would be great. Also if the "I AGREE" screen could be removed so i dont have to press the button every time i start the car, that would be good too. Thanks for any useful suggestions. I am aware its probably not considered "safe" to do this.

I noticed both of these symptoms on my new RX330. Its the AWD version - maybe thats a possible link between these issues? I notice the hesitation at slow speeds, and the vibration when i'm idle with the engine running. If anyone gets a solution, i'd love to hear it. First service i'll mention it too.
