Its probably going to run around 3-400 for four normal rotors and pads are up to you. I see some pads for 60 for a set of four. Buy Hawk Brake Pads, have your rotors turned at a local shop ($10-15 each rotor). That is $135 for pads, $60 rotor labor, $10 brake fluid, your're done at ~$200 better than new.
