Sadistic Posted April 8, 2004 Share Posted April 8, 2004 The stock ones? ...If you're talking about bulbs, I personally wouldn't do anything less than some form of an HID conversion at the very least. 9005/9006 HID *look* bulbs just don't cut it in my opinion. Low quality, low illumination, low reliability. A true HID setup would be far better, as long as you don't try and go with anything above a 6000K bulb. Of course, this is my opinion. TheLexusExperience Posted April 11, 2004 Share Posted April 11, 2004 I'd have to agree there, a Hid conversion is definitely the best looking and dont be fooled by the HID scams out there, if it isnt a true conversion kit dont buy it due to the glare, personally i bought the halogen silverstars, found them just about anywhere, the improvement in color and brightness was well worth the 30 bucks i spent, the stock ones had to go, and i believe it was a good buy for a different look.
