Show your photo to someone behind the counter at an auto parts store and he will show you applicable tools. Mine is like a screwdriver with a flat Y-shaped tip that can slipped under the heads of these and similar friction fasteners to pry them out.

I just removed about 8 of those this AM to remove my faulty ML amplifier. I just used a small flathead screw driver that fit thru the slot and pried them out. It helps to pry up under the base with a larger flat head screw driver simultaneously. I'm sure the right tool would work better but I managed.
