Engine Conversion

I am getting an sc300 and want to convert it to a supra tt engine. Has any1 done this swap and how hard was it to do it?

unless you are really mechanically gifted i don't think its something you could tackle on your own. The engine and tranny is gonna run 4-5 grand. The work of putting it in and wiring it up will take a long time and alot of money. Expect you car to be in a shop for a few months. And then there is tuning :D

I have a '93 SC300 and it already has a 2jz engine. As far as i know, it lacks the exhaust, computer settings and turbos themselves to become supra bound.

The bottem end is identical... but when you get up top.. there are some differances... and as you mentions exhaust, ecu modules etc... and A turbo.. wont be able to go twin on the 2jzge... so i hear anyway. due to manifold clearance problams.?? you may have to have one custom made.. it might work then..
