gompka Posted April 9, 2004 Share Posted April 9, 2004 unless you are really mechanically gifted i don't think its something you could tackle on your own. The engine and tranny is gonna run 4-5 grand. The work of putting it in and wiring it up will take a long time and alot of money. Expect you car to be in a shop for a few months. tomanji Posted June 20, 2004 Share Posted June 20, 2004 The bottem end is identical... but when you get up top.. there are some differances... and as you mentions exhaust, ecu modules etc... and A turbo.. wont be able to go twin on the 2jzge... so i hear anyway. due to manifold clearance problams.?? you may have to have one custom made.. it might work then..
