  1. Mike I have an RX450h+ and an NX450h+ and both are 2024 models. The noise in the NX is far more noticeable than in the RX. It is first audible around 12 to 13 mph up to 22 mph and disappears at 23 mph and above. It's barely audible in the RX model. I believe that it is the eCVT transmission causing this noise, as it is present in both EV and HV modes. Both of my cars have very low miles, since they are 2 months (RX) old and 2 weeks old (NX) but, that is my take on it. I will bring it up at my 5,000 mile service appointment to see if this is the issue.
  2. Air in this area flows from the top of the filter down to the blower motor and then thru the system. IOW, the arrow should point down to correspond with the flow of air from top to bottom.
  3. I just finished installing a hitch on my wife's 2024 NX450h+ and am now thinking about installing one on my 2024 RX450h+, as well. The NX was fairly easy and the two hitches are very similar in construction. The NX took me about an hour. The rear muffler (mine is transverse) needs to be lowered and suspended by bungee cords in order to get the hitch in place. I used a rolling floor jack, as I did not have a helper. I opted for the Draw Tite, rather that the Curt, as the cross bar is hidden up behind the bumper valance and the Curt hitch crossbar was visible below the valance.
