Side Mirrors Not Moving - Fuse Or Motor?

leftfooter

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My 92 LS 400 has been just put back on the road after a year and a half of sitting idle in the one spot, in the Texas heat. The passenger side mirrors no longer move in any direction. Both of them. I was wondering would this be a fuse or motor problem & how best to diagnose it?

Thank You.

First, check to see if the toggle switch that lets you chose wether you will adjust the right or left mirror is in the miffle position. If it is, you will not be able to move eithe mirror no matter how hard you push the buttons.

Try that. If not any help chek the fuse.

Yea...as Paul said check you mirror adjustment switch. It should be to left or right and not left in the middle but It happens all of the time and then the mirrors will not dip or move.

Paul what were you typing on lol!
