jbrubaker Posted March 12, 2004 Posted March 12, 2004 Has anyone done this? I know it is only around $150 at the dealer, but like to do some labor myself. Model Year 1994. Any step by step would be helpful. Thanks! (I strated this thread here so i could give an update on a different thread in the ES300/ES330 forum)
SKperformance Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 moved to the ES section tutorial section is to post how to's already completed by other memebrs to read, not to ask for a tutorial from members.
rdlloyd Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 yeah, me and a friend replaced my thermo on my 96ES last summer..took about 2-3 hours..not a real hard fix though..actually my thermo was stuck..we went to advance auto parts, ordered the part, bought it.(under 40 dollars i think)..then put it in..if you take it to the dealer, your likely to pay almost 100 or more to get it fixed
hubison Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 I'm looking for the thermostat location on a '93. I have diagram, but lose it when I try to trace the location. I got a diagram from the local lexus dealership, but it doesn't help much. Can anyone help??
