Probably the switch is bad. They are pretty easy to remove and you'll probably find a mess of debris in there. Use some contact cleaner and it might work. Otherwise, I'd look in a local junkyard. Many junkyards, excuse me, salvage centers, have online listing of inventory. For the LS you have to strike fast because those switches are the first thing to go. In most cases, cleaning them works so try that.

First thing to check is that you don't have the window lockout switch engaged. If it is switched into the locked position, you won't be able to open any windows from the driver's door switch pack, if it's anything like the older LSes.
