Need Help For Re-Programming For Lexus Ls430 Keyless Remote

I have a Lexus 2004 LS430 and it's key was damaged. I purchased an additional remote key. When it comes to programming the keyless entry, I can't get it to work. Does anyone know the specific directions for programming the keyless entry for the LS430?
