sule Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 Hey guys i have my amp keeps blowing up i don't know what is really wrong the first one blow up and i replace it and it works find for about four months and again yesterday i was coming from work the radio was working fine i stopped at the gas station to put some gas i got back in the car i started it and all of sudden the volume started to faint i turned it off after i got home pop the truck and i can smell the burn odor coming out of the amp.I need your help to find out what is wrong before i buy another one thanks. :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Notice the moisture residue where the amp mounts ? Check the antena grommet and the trunk seal first. I can get another amp if you need and waterproofing instructions.
