Door Lock Actuator

[GS300dude]

Hi guys I got a 99 GS300 and recently the passenger side lock stopped working with the remote. It wont open or close with the remote I have to do it manually. Im just wondering is there a cheap way to fix this?? Instead of buying an acutuator for $200+.Thanks

Just buy the actuator motor, DIY, i spent about 15 dollars on the motor and took me about half an hour to changed it.

yep, you can get the motor on ebay. they work well and its not too difficult to change. I think one of the ebay pages have a direct link to the DIY guide for the 2gs.
