sterlin007 Posted January 20, 2004 Posted January 20, 2004 Why are people reading my posts and not writiing back? I am very interested in knowing how you deal with your dealer when you have a problem
SKperformance Posted January 20, 2004 Posted January 20, 2004 you have 3 posts dealing with the same type of senario if no one has given back a vehicle then it is unlikely they can post anything for the issue at hand you also have a new vehicle with alot less owners tha most models so there is going to alot less traffic in the gx forum for now
skywagon Posted January 20, 2004 Posted January 20, 2004 Sterlin007, Send me an E-mail at tjhome@hotmail.com :D
Kelli Posted January 22, 2004 Posted January 22, 2004 If you have any problems with your service advisor, I would suggest you put a stop to it right away by calling the customer service number. I know someone else who had a complaint against her advisor and put it in writing to corporate and the service office seemed to be very bothered by it so may have gotten in some type of trouble for it. Corporate does not like to hear about bad service people. I should have that number memorized by now.
