How to change the state or region that's being searched for a destination should be shown in your navigation manual.  If you don't have a navigation manual, it can be viewed in the owners section of https://www.lexus.com/

Instead of bumping up a thread that's 10 years old, you are better off starting a new thread, if you can't find the info in a search.
