I don't see why not.

I think most cars made today could...

+1...nearly all cars made today (gulp...even domestics! ;) ) can go 300k+ easy...that is assuming:

1. it's not a lemon to begin with

2. proper maintenance is done at all times

3. car is properly cleaned inside/out to protect from rust, etc

4. the owner doesn't beat on it constantly

5. #4 + the owner knows how to properly drive if a manual transmission

6. a little luck :)
