jcrome04 Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 (I smell spam) ok.. So if the guy is smarter than the tech why doesn't HE work on the car?? If he's so worried for his wife and others safety.. why not trade the car in? So he's just trying to sheist the dealer because of a floor mat? I'm confused. Reminds me of a local guy here. Has a mid 90's Ford Windstar minivan. There are patches of paint flaking off so you can see the grey primer, or metal under the paint. (haven't inspected it TOO closely) He has signs with arrows pointing to the patches saying "FACTORY PAINT JOB--->" I just want to go up to him and say HEY! HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU WAXED IT IDIOT??? OH NEVER??? MAYBE THATS WHY!!! :D :D :D

I have an acceleration problem as well. When the car is in drive it stays at a constant above normal acceration. When the car is in park the acceleration goes up and down. My Lex Is Hunted!!!! I am also having problems with my battery dying, everytime i charge the battery up my car continues to accelerate in a timely manner. I can't drive my car more than five miles with the battery dying. I had the alt changed and a brand new battery put in. :cries:
