1990LS400 Posted February 13, 2009 Share Posted February 13, 2009 There's sound technical information about tinted bulbs on the Daniel Stern Lighting website: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/bu.../good/good.html The clear bulbs sold by Osram in Europe as "Silverstar" and by it's U.S. subsidiary Sylvania as "Xtravision" are considered by Stern to be superior to the tinted bulbs sold by Sylvania as "Silverstar" in the US.
