Lx 470 Vs Toyota Landcruiser

I'm considering buying either an LX 470 or a Toyota Landcruiser (2005 or 2006 on both models). Can anyone tell me what the difference is (i.e. what do I get with an LX that I can't get with a Landcruiser)?

they are the exact same with only a few interior options.

'05 LC has no AHC suspension. All LX's had AHC and it was an option on '06 though most of them have it. LX has projector headlights, better warranty and a few other small differences.

Sound system, if that matters a lot. ;) The LC has JBL Synthesis for their premium sound system, the LX has Mark Levinson (well older models have Nakamichi) ;)
