I wasn't too happy with the way they negotiated but they are an Elite Lexus dealer with pickup and loaner service...so we will see. They came to my house for the 1000 mile check and that went fine! :) Bobby Rahal has serviced three cars of mine. I purchased my last LS460 from another dealer because Rahal had no car I wanted. However, I am going back to Rahal because this new dealer will charge me about $130 for an oil change while Rahal will perform the same service for $46.
