bmcgtex Posted September 8, 2003 Posted September 8, 2003 Hi All ! Just bought a 94 Anniversary Edition and am having a heck of time finding anything about what "extra's" the car came with. Does anyone know anything about it other than the wheels? Thanks !!!
SKperformance Posted September 8, 2003 Posted September 8, 2003 what anniversary was in 94 the 89-94 5 year anniversary one? i have never heard of an anniversary edition maybe it was a local dealer special edition i doubt it was a national program go a pic of the rims?
bbsal Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 i never heard of this either.it couldnt be a national thing because there was no aniversary edition in 94.in 1996 they came out with a coach edition but not in 94.take a pic of it for us to look at.
squarehat Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 There was indeed an anniversary edition in 94. At one point, I had an article about it. It was celebrating a production milestone of some sort. It just bundled popular options, had special wheels (that also appeared on the 1996 Coach), and had a special color called Opal Pearl or something along those lines, that was a very light silver gray, almost white. They pop up on AutoTrader and eBay occasionally, there was just one up on eBay in gorgeous condition. I'll try to find the article and post the URL.
bbsal Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 you know what now that you say one on ebay i think i remeber seeing something about that.was it the one with the 2 tone interioir?i think it was black though!
SKperformance Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 yah bbsal that was a 2 tone interior remembe the one where we all wondered about the front and back lights and the so called coach edition that no one could see
bbsal Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 yep thats the one!!!!!im betting that was the anniversary edition!!!! :D

squarehat Posted September 13, 2003 Posted September 13, 2003 no, they're talking about the "power tilt and slide moonroof" meaning it can be tilted (vented up) or slid open.
piggyncsu Posted September 14, 2003 Posted September 14, 2003 how many did they make? so that one we saw on ebay is it?? but wasnt there something about the tail-lights??didn't they match a different year.. i guess because it was a anniversary edition, they added some of the ideas for the 95-96 onto it? to test it out with possible buyers?
SKperformance Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 no the one on ebay was not a test car it was a damaged car
