Is anyone hearing a popping noise from there IS250 that sounds like it is coming from the front wheel? Whenever I brake or accelerate from an incline I hear a popping sound coming from my left front end. I also hear it when I am trying to park.

In case anyone was curious to know or had the same issues. The dealer was able to fix my seat and stop the squeaky noise. They tightened a loose bolt in the seat. Also the noise that I could hear popping near the front end was coming from a loose bolt as well. They had to remove a piece of carpet near the drivers right knee side and tighten a bolt and the noise is gone now.

Unfortunately like all others with the "rock hitting the front dash" sound, there is no fix for this one yet.

I'd say just don't park on a hill. I suppose that's a little difficult in San Francisco.

Bizarre. But it seems like you have some sort of suspension issue? Sucks with a new car.

Let us know what/if it gets fixed.

All I can say is you should have bought a Subaru ;)

BTW...wife's IS has had NO rattles or noises whatsoever in the first 5K. And she is ALMOST as picky as "lambobaby1218".

Thanks very much for that! And I haven't had any issues with my "newer" IS!
