drewj12
Dynojet measures about 260 WHP for the IS350. would this mean the 250 gets around 160whp?

You can usually estimate the whp as a percentage of the flywheel hp. A manual trans will also have less loss than an automatic. Using the 306 quoted hp for the IS350, it works out to about 85% retained power at the wheels.
92Lex
Usually.....auto = 20-25% drivetrain loss and a manual would be 12-15%. Dynojets read high and Mustangs read low. What's in between? I have no idea.

I have no idea. So what do you figure? Not to sure on the auto transmission loss as Lexus released figures on the 250 auto having higher mpg than the manual which bucks the norm. Is this because of the slicker change or is it down to a more efficient transmission? Would like to see some dyno results. :)
