  1. Isn't it illegal to watch DVDs on the Nav screen, since it's directly in front of the driver? Or is that only a California thing? its illegal to watch only when the car is in motion. the ML system allows for DVD watching when the parking brake is engaged and the gear set to P. so still no one knows about picture quality or the sound questions?? Hi from Australia, we drive cars and have electricity down here too :) At times when waiting to pick someone up i throw in a DVD, the quality is good remember its not really that big but the sound is bigger, i have tried saving private ryan, the first sceen when the troops enter the water it sounded awesome, just like the home theater at home, the bullets were zooming passed my head as if i was there in battle. Heat and top gun is a must as well. Sorry no pics right now, will try to do some. palms thank you very much, I appreciate you actually answering the question.

  3. I just have a question as to how good the picture quality is on the nav screen when watching dvd's? anyone have any pictures they can put up? and also for the ML system would movies in dobly 5.1 be upscaled to 7.1? thanks.
  4. I can definitely understand this and I don't agree with it at all. I'm sure if I hadn't pulled up to my Lexus dealership in the car I was in they wouldn't have bothered to help me until they had some free time to see what I wanted.
  5. I have the ML premium audio package with the navi and i think its worth the extra money, I didn't really need the rest of the features so it was the best package for me. I special ordered my car, better to get the car the way you want it.
  6. After messing around with it a bit I've come to love it, I'm definitely happy with the ml/navi package.
  7. I tried looking on google, but honestly I'd go to a Lexus dealership and mess around with one yourself.
  8. If I had the extra money I would've gotten the HID lamps and the heated/cooled seats but as my first car I felt that I should take it easy and not go all out.
  9. http://www.lexus.com/models/ES/accessories...ml?s_ocid=30001 pick your car model and year and itll list all the phones, and phone companies that are compatible with a list of features it works with depending on the car.
  10. NAVI I bought the 07 RWD 250 and I'd have to say the navigation system was the thing i couldn't live without, also being an audiophile the mark levinson system was a must have for me. all of the other features such as the heated and cooled seats and hid headlamps are cool but i myself don't need them.
  11. I wouldn't say your too young to be driving a lexus, I'm 18 and bought my first car which is a 2007 Lexus IS 250 RWD Manual with the navigation/mark levinson premium audio package. no parents involved. buyers remorse? you just bought a very nice car enjoy it man.
