El Toro Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 i like redlining my car... but my is300's rpm does not go over 6000rpm (redline) any suggestions on how to get it to go over 6000rpm?
SKperformance Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 WOW this is the kind of question some one with very little maturity would ask. If i get this right you want to know how to make your engine explode before it is ready so you can drive faster or make more noise ???? You have a straight 6 it is made by design not to go high into the rpm's as it would snap the crank. In all seriousness you need to replace the internals to be able to have a higher redline. Which is why it is caused redline for being the last possible chance of maintaining the motor at that level.
Rx330driver Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 lol... 1) remove plastic panel of gauges 2)detach rpm meter 3)paste to 7000 rpm jkjk :)
