how do you remove water spots from the sunroof glass?

I'd get a good quality glass polish.

A solution of white vinegar diluted with water works pretty well for removing water spots on the mirrors and glass. Don't get it on your paint though b/c it has a tendancy to remove wax as well.

use a razor blade

vinegar works, polish works, denatured alocohol works etc.....List is endless.

You know what else works if you're really in a pinch, and you're SURE its glass and not plastic, a plain paste toothpaste.

Zaino Z12 will get the stains, it is agressive. Michael Burnikas is right though, first try vinager.
