Cigarette Lighter Problem

Anyone ever had the cigarette lighter go out, but the fuse is not blown. I plugged an air pump into it, and the pump started but then abruptly quit. I thought the fuse blew but it is fine. Now the outlet gets no power Any suggestions ??

i find the one in the dash to be touchy did u try the one under the console?

There are a few fuses for the lighter , replace the fuse anyway and check the others.

Or its just a sign for you to stop smoking. :)
