Broker
I have a 1999 LS400, mileage just under 120k, and I've been experiencing a knocking sound coming from the right side of the front end. mainly it's at speeds under 30, and the rate of knocking varies with speed. it also stops whenever you use the brakes in the least bit. Any suggestions?
SKperformance
Front strut rod bushing is gone. Easy way to check is to apply the brake hard then reapply them as soon as you let go to make it clunk loudly.
SW03ES
Could also be a ball joint, happened to my dad's old 98 about that mileage and presented a similar sound.
