Please Help Red Or Green Coolant?

I just replaced my radiator and put green coolant in it 93. From reading other post I think that red is perferable.

Am I in troulbe???

Should I flush and put in red?

let's start further back than what to put in.

what was the color of the stuff that you flushed out?

(I know it may be hard to tell if it was really cruddy)

I believe that it was red, but my friend had a toyota and used green so we assumed green would work fine.

If it was red, then stick with the red. Flush out the green immediately and completely and go back to the red. Unfortunately, they are not compatible.

If it was green that came out then you would be alright. But since you say it was red, then stay with the red.

This topic usually sets off some heated discussions as you probably saw in previous threads.

If i was you i would get it out right away!!!dont wait!flush it out before you ruin your cooling system.get the dex cool red antifreeze and never put green in it.they dont match and can set off all types of trouble in your car.
