YouDontKnowJack Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 this is on a 1998 toyo/lexus es/camry I can open the front right door from the inside, but not from the outside. When I pull on the door handle from the outside, it's not latching onto anything, so it won't open. anyone know what part might be malfunctioning? i'm looking at the repair manual, and there are tons of parts in the front door. looks complicated.
platinum00 Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 i had this problem with my 96 all it was is a little plastic clip that holds the, what do you call it the rod, that pulls the latch.
