How To Put The Timing Belt Tenisonor On

Recommended Posts

i can only push the little button thingy that goes up when you turn the crank so much but its still not enough to bolt it on. is there any trick or something yall did to put it back on?

Slammed:

Put it in a vice, gently compress it, insert an expendable drill bit into the hole, all the way through. Use a bit that is the biggest that you can fit through the hole, as it will have the most strength.

Mount the tensioner completely, pull on the belt a little to put force against the tensioner & pull the drill rod out, using vice grips if necessary. Done......
