Out Side Power Rear Mirrow

Thanks skperformance. I was thinking the same and try to take the switch out to inspect to see if there is any loose contact. But I could not pull out the switch. Do you know how? Do you think the switch itself goes bad and need to be replaced? Thanks again.

4 REMOTE CONTROL MIRROR SW

4-Ground: Approx. 12 Volts with Ignition SW at ACC or ON position

7-8: Continuity with operation SW at LEFT or UP position

4-7: Continuity with operation SW at RIGHT or DOWN position

8-Ground: Always continuity

to make ur testing easier.......

Hi Kin

99 times out of 100 the mirror computer goes bad when both mirrors stop working.It is located behind the glove box

Remove the glove box assembly(only a few screws)

and look on top of the A/C housing you will see a small computer

mounted on its side with the plug facing you remove the screw holding it in and slide out the computer unplug it and replace with a new one and your problems will go away

In my 10 years at Lexus never seen a switch go bad always the computer
