Tonight i did an interior cleaning of the Ls and Rx since they NEEDED it! After 3 hours scrubbing the the LS's carpet getting the mysterious stains out, :censored: i started in the the Rx300...

On the floor under the rear seats i found LOOSE desiccant beads. I counted all 32 of them!! I could only find them under the seats in the rear. None under the front seats or dash.

I looked in the LS and couldn't find any...

The rx300 is a CPO, so could the dealer have put them there before re-selling it? And WHY??

Thanks for your input! Should i have left them in there? I haven't thrown them away yet...

desiccants are usually used for moisture absorbing

I know what they're used for ,i was just wondering why they were in a car. Shouldn't there be moisture for the leather etc.?

thanks

Dessicants wouldn't be any good now anyhow as they would be all saturated.

My guess is there was a leak into the floorboard at some point.

Either that or the dogs peed back there. :D
