Gives a new meaning to plastic surgery...or is that metal surgery. LINK: COMPLETE TRANSPLANT ORIGINAL IN JAPANESE (if top link doesnt work) I've seen the front done but never the back end. Some people have a lot of time and money on their hands... I have to say though...it doesnt look half bad does it? Here's another that has a lot put into it too...
