BenJ Posted September 13, 2005 Share Posted September 13, 2005 After driving home yesterday, I happened to touch the nav panel (just below the screen , where the dest, map , etc buttons are) and they are hot (well, hot as a hot cup of coffee ) , certainly higher temp than my surroundings. Is this normal ? car has just been driven for about an hour, and I had my A/C on too. Imagine if I had driven it all day.... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LexKid630 Posted September 13, 2005 Share Posted September 13, 2005 The NAV area on my 04 rx330 gets VERY warm after driving an hour and a half to work even in the morning when the sun isn't even out yet. Rx330driver Posted September 14, 2005 Share Posted September 14, 2005 the weird thing is that the heat is not coming from the nav, as if you touch the plastic screen, its not hot.
