ShawnColumbus
My driver's side tan leather arm rest on my RX300 is starting to show wear after 6 years. The constant pressure of my elbow has cracked it up pretty bad. I asked the dealer how much it would be for a replacement - $435!!!! Just for a 10 inch leather arm rest. Does anyone know of a specific place I can get it cheaper? I'm always on the lookout on Ebay for these, but never see them. And I believe the Toyota Highlander has different seat colors than Lexus. katzjamr
I am having seat repair done at a local auto upholstery shop. Lexus would have to contract out that work and then put their markup on it. Just go directly to the yellow pages and get some quotes. Many auto body repair shops can recommend someone they trust.
ShawnColumbus
I think the dealer's quote was for a brand new arm rest piece. I doubt they would have repaired my existing one. I haven't thought about using an upholstery shop. Thanks!

Thanks! ← when you get it repaired, just condition the leather very often and it will stay looking 'better" longer. ;)
