Any Ideas On How To Clean The Headlights?

The interior of my headlight housings on my '99 GS are dirty. Any ideas how to clean them?

is there some kind of problem wiht your light ....any cracks or openings.....they shudnt get dirty on the inside like that unless theres a way for all that stuff to get inside
