But you only deal with them for the sale. The remainder of your time is spent at service and they are top notch. Never had a problem or a disappointment. If you go to Lexus of Watertown, ask for a Sales Manager named Terry, he is a friend of mine. A collegue uses there service and is satisfied. I have read one thread on this site where a member was totally PO'd by them. The dealership in Danvers (Ira), Northborough and RI (Islip) are too far for me to even go to.
