I can't say enough about Lexus of Norwood.

The sales people are either there for a day or there forever. But you only deal with them for the sale. The remainder of your time is spent at service and they are top notch. Never had a problem or a disappointment.

If you go to Lexus of Watertown, ask for a Sales Manager named Terry, he is a friend of mine. A collegue uses there service and is satisfied. I have read one thread on this site where a member was totally PO'd by them.

The dealership in Danvers (Ira), Northborough and RI (Islip) are too far for me to even go to. However, my aunt bought her ES and now here AWD GS from Islip and has never mentioned any problems.
